The Action Pit Boot Camp

The Action Pit's boot camp combines cardio kickboxing with weight and resistance strength training.  This 10 week course will increase your endurance, strength and overall fitness along with other discussions on good health.  This course is more intense than traditional gym workouts and much more fun.  It is a HYBRID system that will emphasize upper or lower body on two of the days (while mixing in cardio).  The other 3 days a week are full body workouts with some intensive cardio.  By mixing things up, your body doesn’t get used to any one system, therefore having to work harder. This results in you burning more calories and giving you better endurance.  The high spirited, motivating instructor's will push you to challenge your body to it's limit.  You will work, sweat, burn calories like crazy and surprise yourself with what you can do and how much fun you're having doing it.

Class Schedule:

10 Week Course (Morning):

Monday through Friday

5:30 - 6:30 AM


10 Week Course (Evening):

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

6:00 - 7:00 PM
